• This is probably one of the very few times Howard Stern has said anything worth listening to: "My feeling about gay people is that we have a responsibility not only to make gay marriage acceptable and to make gays feel accepted as much as heterosexuals…Gay people are downtrodden. • Chris Brown's attorney Mark Geragos will likely seek to have the assault charge against his client dismissed if it turns out that the police photo of Rihanna's injuries that made the rounds on the internet a while back was leaked by someone at the LAPD. (Let's just pause here for a moment shall we and consider some highlights from the keystone thugs of the Los Angeles Police Department: Rodney King, OJ Simpson, Joe Minority Citizen in East LA, Compton or Watts). If true, this is a gross violation of procedure and evidence handling but since Brown is being tried by a judge only, it can't be trotted out that the photo's release would prejudice a jury. Furthermore, the picture speaks for itself in terms of displaying the extent of her injuries. With this photographic evidence being released and the trial now in jeopardy, Rihanna should definitely be called to the stand if the proceedings do go ahead.  

• The Mail Online reports that Kelly McGillis who starred in 'Top Gun,' 'Witness' and 'The Accused' has said she's "done with the man thing" and her next partner will definitely be a woman. McGillis, who had long denied she was Gay despite rumours to the contrary, outed herself in an interview for SheWired.com
  

• Isn't she slovenly? Here's LaLohan on vay-kay in Maui. From this picture I thought it was Winehouse territory. Everybody knows that when you make your own cutoffs, you don't cut them so short that the front pockts are hanging out. I don't care where you're wearing them. Girlfriend probably bought them that way; Lindsay Lohan spends a lot of money to look heinous. Extra fug points if she' wearing them with heels.
