I don't know if these are YSL but the design house was responsible for coming up with this style. To me they look like "what if a gladiator sandal was given the contemporary look of a highrise under construction?" If you look closely at the heel, you can see little ironworkers having their lunch.
From Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B collection and I want a pair. I love the 80s Ska 2Tone-esque feel and the mirror heel is not just visually appealing, it's practical if you're ever caught without your compact. Who needs a 'Mirror in the Bathroom?'

The retro chain-link design in glossy black patent just makes this shoe from Hermes. They're gorgeous.
I just love these shoes. I could never get my 9 extra wides with the incipient bunions and metatarsalgia and high instep into any of them, and probably couldn't stand up in them if I did, but I do love looking at them.

Or Birkenstocks, Baho. I just got a new pair today and am thrilled, the old ones were crumbling into oblivion - I can't remember just when I bought them, I think in about 1993 or 1994. Great shoes and they, too, can be worn with almost everything.
